Mark will give us an on-site tour of some of the more interesting archiving challenges at the museum. Genealogy from a UW Perspective with WAGS member, Robin Aamodt. Robin took a year-long course at the University of Washington that was taught by a professional genealogist and a professor of history. This class rocketed her from not know much at all about a great-great grandfather to compiling a 5-inches-thick notebook on him! She'll share some of what she learned about bringing life to your ancestors' names and dates (plus a report on her recent trip to Salt Lake City!). 10:00 a.m. Wenatchee Main Library (downstairs meeting room), 310 Douglas Street, Wenatchee.
