Setting your username and password

When you initially set up your account, the username you set is permanent and cannot be changed thereafter. However, you can change your password at any time, but your original password cannot be retrieved: you must change it.

Short on inspiration? Abigail Smith of Wenatchee (fictitious person) uses ASmith as her username; a98801s as her password. You could use that pattern with your own initials and zip code.

But if . . .

—The username and password you set doesn’t seem to work (it keeps returning you to this page) . . .

—OR you forgot your username and/or password . . .

—OR you want to change your password . . .

Then . . .

Empty the boxes and click Log In again. You’ll be sent to an alternate Log In page that will show an Error message. Enter your current username and password. Follow the prompts on the Error messages, which will include a “Lost Your Password?” link.
