Welcome To Our Library
We are lucky to have a brick and mortar building to house genealogical treasures for your North Central Washington research. We’ve recently moved into a new location – 1911 North Wenatchee Avenue, Wenatchee. We aren’t fully set up at the new location, so we don’t have set hours – but you’re welcome to call or email us for an appointment to work on your research. Our email is [email protected] and our phone number is 509-904-0161. We look forward to hearing from you!

The States: Our library has holdings that encompass research and history for the State of Washington (as shown above). Often when we’re researching, the bigger question is, “How did my people get here?” We have society bulletins and journals from states that hold clues for how our families moved across the nation. Some of these periodicals show the migration of churches and religions as they traveled the country. We also have our statebooks collection with research information from many of the 50 states. These books are currently in boxes because of our limited space – but we’re willing to get them out if it would help with your research.
The Countries: Our library also contains resources for immigration, world travel, and historical references, including old maps of Europe, giving you a snapshot of the borders from the past. We have books that follow the paths of religious groups across countries as well as individuals that made their way to a brave new world.
Military: WAGS has a collection of our local veterans, with research information often available for these individuals. But we also have Military and Pension application information for the ancestors that served or survived, including how and where to find that information for your ancestors.
Family Books: We have received research information from local families and members over the years and have built a large resource for your own research. These Family Books are currently in boxes (over 58) but we’re willing to open those boxes for your research. Just send us a message if you’d like to make an appointment to see what we have.
