The “town” of Nelson was located 5.5 miles east of Mansfield and then 4.5 miles north of the State Highway. The cemetery has not been found as of 1 April 2002. The only recorded grave is that of a two- year- old son of M/M Harry Mayfield who died June 9, 1912 in Nelson, WA.
