Library Fees
Copying:
If you find research information that you would like to copy, WAGS has a printer/copier on site.
Copying cost per page:
- Black and white copies are 25 cents for letter/legal size; 50 cents per page for 11 x 17 size.
- Color copies are 50 cents per page for letter/legal size.
Record Request Fees:
The WAGS Library has many indexed holdings of records that may enhance your research. If you discover one of these items in our database listings, you may obtain a copy of that item to support your research by placing it in your cart and purchasing it. These record requests are individually priced and will be fulfilled by our staff. A 33% member discount is available using the WAGS Member coupon code.
Research
A volunteer genealogy researcher is available to do basic Wenatchee area research. Fees vary according to the extent of the research. Our current fees are listed below. Please keep in mind that this research is done by volunteers, not by professional researchers. Cost and response time will depend on the size of your research package as well as the current demand and the availability of volunteers.
Research Fee:
Our research fee is $25.00 per hour (members receive a discount). There is a minimum, nonrefundable charge of one hour to start the research. Research requests may be submitted using this Request for Research Form. Our volunteers will use our library and internet resources to research your requests and give you a cost estimate if additional research time is required.
Copyright information: As a library, we believe that we are able to research and provide you with small portions of data to support that research. If you use this data in a published work, we request that you cite WAGS as your resource, but make sure that you have received permission from the copyright owner.
