From the intersection of Hwy 28/Basin Street and 3rd Ave SW, go on 3rd Ave SW three blocks to E Street SW. The cemetery is on the NW corner of the intersection.
The cemetery is owned and operated by the city of Ephrata. It is managed by a cemetery board under the City Council. Records may be found in the office of the city clerk. Contact number (509 754-4601 Ext 120)
